A couple of nights ago, or should I say early in the morning, I received an SMS from an unidentitifed number +60136779999 telling me that he/she "baru kena 4D RM30,000 for the number 4429. (So happy!).
In the message, he disclosed that he/she dapat tips tepat dari SMS TIPS. And that I mesti cuba and belum cuba belum tau. Of course, he/she urges me to cepat2 hantar ON WANG to 33112 utk menaglah.
This fellow must be thinking are all water fishes. So easy to strike lottery meh? I won't even speculate where he/she managed to get hold of our telephone numbers, yes numbers, because surely this was not sent to me alone, my concern if I was billed for this kind of SMS.
I think that if it was sent from a five digit number, I would be charged but since this is a regular mobile number, I would not be. Correct or not?
