I seem to recall about a year or two ago that Ipoh was supposed to be a city that is fully connected by wi-fi. HHmm what has happened to the project? It would be awesome if the whole city is REALLY connected by wi-fi and we could on online from our wi-fi enabled devices. Then we do not have to pay through our nose for 3G services!
I don't know what happened to the JARING-RedSnapper initiate. I have the signal in my home and I could connect my device to it but I could NEVER once log on to the internet.
What is the use of the connection that is two-thirds dead then??
Right now, when we want free and fast wi-fi I town, we could only depend on our favourite coffee houses. If you want to depend on the government, don’t hold your breath!
