Losing Opportunities

This morning, I am so pissed off after I found out that a company that I am a member of has my information wrongly recorded in their system. Well, there is no way to check on it until I have to use a feature on their website and realise that I am unable to due to the error.

As far as I remember, I was still able to use it two weeks ago and I did not even realise that there were any changes made at the website that may cause our personal information to reset. This company has been giving me some problems off and on and I have been riding the tide but today, I am not in such a good mood to find out about this because I will be losing opportunities till the customer service person reads my email and rectifies the error!

And how long will this take? My emails to them were usually replied to within three working days but now they are still on holiday, I guess. Even if they have already returned to the office, it is 8pm now for them and who in their right mind would be in the office at this hour?

Arrgghh ultra frustrated!!!
