I asked a friend if he knew of a free customer relation management software but he told me that I could check out CorraTech's open source CRM. This company is the leader in open source CRM software and it is headed by Ron Bongo, the CEO.
It is interesting to note that this company was initially set up to be the partner of Microsoft but they soon parted ways due to different goals. One of it is that companies that are using open-source software would be saving money on commercialized software, thus increasing their profit.
This open-source Customer Relation Management software is only one of focuses of CorraTech. I think that it is great that CorraTech is opening their software to open-source. More companies should follow suit.
