When my friend told me she bought a new pair of heels at the recent Shoe Fair, I told her that she should get one of those blister patches. I could not give her much information except that I got these from my sister when she came back for a holiday from the United States recently.
She told me that these are great for Blister Prevention on both new and used shoes. Just patch the inside of shoes so that they don’t chaff against our foot too much.
Although some people think that these patches are only beneficial to sports people because of the intense friction caused by their shoes, these are also a must-have for those of us who have to walk the whole day!
