This month, a few of my friends have gotten married. I was also involved in their wedding preparation just for fun and to give them an extra pair of hands. But most of my work involved procuring items for them to make hand-made Wedding Gifts and crafts. I applaud they these brides-to-be are taking such trouble to make their wedding as memorable and special as possible.
They told me that The Wedding Channel is an inspiration to them to come up with their own special wedding and not rely on wedding planners who may take a deep cut in commission for their professional services.
Although it is an easy way out to hand the task to someone else, it is nothing like doing the wedding up by ourselves. The memory of a well-planned wedding is the greatest motivation of all! And as a friend, my job was to help them to achieve that!
