Being a small business owner, I have this fear that technology will fail me and I can't access my files on my computer one day. I wrote a post the other day that we cannot depend on technology entirely. My friend also advised me to store my data on an external hard drive but that only offers partial security.
A couple of months ago, I was told of something called online backup. Prior to that, I did not know that such a wonderful service existed. I had the chance to check out IBackup - online backup that we could use to back up our important data and access it wherever we are as long as we are connected to the internet.
The most important feature to me is the ability to back up data that is constantly in use like my Hotmail email that I access via Outlook Express. Since that is my primary business email, I have plenty of mail coming through that I need to keep a copy of and with IBackup running on my computer, I no longer have to keep remembering when was the last time I backed up my data.
I think that paying USD 9.95 per month or USD 99.50 for a year of subscription to the economy plan will be worth every dollar to have worry-free days where we can concentrate fully on our business!
