It has been hours since my Celcom 3G has been down. Let's see. I first discovered it was down at around 9pm and it is almost 6am now and it is still not getting any better. Luckily I could still make and receive calls and text messages. You know, the thing I hate about sharing of 3G line in the same SIM card is that when I do not have a 3G signal, even my phone line could not function at all. Luckily this isn't the case this time.
I think that if this problem persists in a few more hours, I would have to call the Celcom Customer Careline. Hey, I am a paying customer, you know, and I expect and deserve at least 99% uptime.
I think that they should at least provide me with a rebate or something for the hours that I am not able to use 3G and I lost heck of opportunities when my line was down last evening.
I wonder if this is juts a problem in my area or if it is a nationwide problem. I guess I would not know unless I make a call to the Customer Service later.
