Not too long ago, I sold an item to a new buyer. This guy, upon receipt of his package, wrote to me to say that the item is "very good". So I requested that he left me a feedback on my profile.
I don't know why many of my buyers prefer not to leave feedback, perhaps it is the nature of my products and they prefer to stay below the radar and not let anyone know that they bought lingerie. Hey, there's nothing to be ashamed of.
So, if you think that they did not leave a feedback because they prefer not to leave any if they do not have a good word to say, then it is surprising that they return to buy from me again when new stocks arrived.
Not only are male buyers like this. From the handful of female buyers that I have, some also prefer to not leave a feedback. So, I don't push for it since it is not that important.
Well, this guy, he wrote me an email to let me know that he has received the item and it is "very good". When I requested that he leave the feedback on my profile, he wrote, instead, that it is "not bad"... My goodness.. to me, "very good" and "not bad" certainly convey different meanings.
You see, sometimes it is just better to leave the feedback alone. You'll never know what your buyers will write. They may have good intentions but to me, "not bad" means PASSABLE only. What pisses me off is that the feedback is different from his email and I have no way to parse that to my profile!
