Are you affected buy the glitch that PayPal is having where people who withdrew funds to their Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards do not have their funds cleared even after a long time? A friend of mine has really waited for a month and although he has been assured that the money is safe and sound, it does not help that the money is "locked". I wonder how many people are still in this situation.
This is because I am about to withdraw my funds. It is high time and I have not done so for a month but I wonder if I could withdraw it as usual to my Public Bank Visa Electron Debit card or do I not take the risk and withdraw my funds to my US bank account.
I’d rather have the money in my local bank account mainly because service fee is way lower and also it’s great to have cash on hand since I am in the market for a laptop. Well, if the glitch is fixed, I want to withdraw my money already.
