Last month, a lady from this survey company came to my house and requested that I help her with the survey. It's about mobile phone plans, how much we spend on it and what do we usually use our phone for, calling, texting, surfing the internet or downloading mobile content.
So I did and this lady told me that her company may give me a call to ask me about the survey. So yesterday, the company really did call and I nearly forgotten that I did the survey, I could hardly even remember the company name already.
What the people in the office of this company did was to call up survey participants and basically go through the whole survey again OVER THE PHONE. From what I see, they wanted to match our replies on the survey form and over the phone to make sure that those who were sent to the ground to take these surveys really did approach people and not simply fill up the forms by themselves.
The survey as taken so long ago and between then and yesterday's phone call, I have already forgotten so many minute details like how long ago was it since I first owned a mobile line. Luckily I still remember my personal particulars LOL
