I just received a used GPS device from a friend. He bought a new one, only because the battery of his old one has died. Since there's better technology now, he thought it would be better to just upgrade. That's how he passed this one to me. I can't turn it on now and I have to get a new batter for it.
To avoid having to change the battery frequently, I am looking for long lasting batteries, something like the ls14500 which could be used for up to 20 years! Wow, imagine that!
Anyway, even though I have to do a little work on it first before I can use the device, I am still happy I don't have to buy one myself!
