You need a minimum of 100 feedback.
You need a minimum of 98% positive feedback rating.
You need an accumulated sales of USD1000 per month, for three consecutive months.
This amount varies from ebay to ebay site. For eBay UK, it's about GBP600, for eBay Australia, it is AUD2000.
eBay will send out an invitation to you, if you qualify but be careful, there are alot of fake invites out there, so you need to ensure that the invitation is legit and from eBay itself.
