I don't know how many of you have come across postal staff that charge higher postage by rounding up the figure, like for example, charge MYR0.80 when it should be MYR0.75.
Don't get me wrong, I do get the full worth of stamps and it's not that the clerk pockets the excess. So, is Pos Malaysia that hard-up for sales?
I have come across such situations quite a few times at my local post office and each time I will question the clerk (I check my package weight & postage beforehand at home, so I know how much it should be) and sometimes, I will get a comment like, "5 sen pun nak kira?"
Hello, it's not a matter of 5 sen, but the principle.
