You see, some people just come to the community boards and pose a question like, "What are the hottest selling items on eBay?"
Really, we members are unable to answer. All we know is, for example, electronic items, etc.
Even if we KNOW the exact hottest selling item, will we tell? Don't we know how to sell those items ourselves?
I believe, the secret to success is in doing homework and then groundwork.... precious time is spent researching and analysing, and then sourcing, costing, etc... and definitely not taking the short cut route of posing a general question and hoping for other members to serve you the answers on a silver platter.
"Where do you source for your items from?"
Now, this is also one of the questions frequently posed by smart alecs.
Which seller is so dumb to let this be known? This is one of the things we call a "trade secret".
Well, the above two questions are just a preview of what smartie would-be sellers come up with, hoping for quick answers, and not slogging for it like the rest of us.
What to do? That's the Malaysian mentality, they NEED to have everything spoon-fed.
