Some of you may know that I spend too much time on the internet and not getting enough sleep every night. Well, I am a netpreneur on top of my regular desk job at the office and work really long and odd hours so I do not even have time for exercise anymore.
However, nightly, I do make it a point to do some basic stretching and when I have an hour to spare over the weekend, I go for jogging. If I could afford it, I would hire a personal trainer as I like to improve my muscle strength and fitness. But a personal trainer is such a luxury and not an option right now.
For the time being, I can only spare what little free time I have doing light exercises, just the basic stuff. Sometimes I follow my friends to the gym. While they go for weight training, I only have energy for a light workout.
Since I do not have a regular exercise regime, what I can do is just go on e strict diet. I watch my food intake and make sure I do not load in the calories. It sure won't be easy to get them off, once they are in!
