Why People Don't Read, huh?

Many times, I feel like I have to do things repeatedly or do unnecessary things just because the other party do not read properly or do not comprehend, or whatever. I really don't know what is wrong. Is it the school system or does the problem lie in myself for not writing clearly enough?

I usually keep my response short and to the point. I subsequently found that even when I thought it's short and simple enough, there are people who found it confusing. And then I end up writing a few more letters to clarify my message.

All these shouldn't really happen if I write clearly, which I feel I'm already doing to the best of my ability, and if the reader reads better. But no, this is no perfect world.

Today, because someone did not read or did not understand my reply, he ended up sending me more money than necessary, and so I am forced to make my way to the bank to return the balance to him.

To control my expenditure, I am not able to send payment online. I can only check my bank balance online so that I can confirm my buyer's payment as soon as possible.

Tell me, isn't the trip to the bank unnecessary if I have received the exact amount I expect?
