When I was first introduced to Goji Berries, I was rather skeptical about its properties. Of course, I have heard a lot of good stuff about it and that it is extremely high in powerful antioxidants and nutrients that are good for our health. What I wondered was, do Goji berry really work? Does it taste good enough to be taken daily, or is it like all good stuff, they don't taste as good?
After doing some research online, I thought that I have nothing to lose if I just tried a packet. I could share it with my family so it will not be wasted.
It was to my delight that its fruity sweetness tastes really good! Also, the dried Goji berries come in resealable zippered bags and it is very convenient for me since I do not own a refrigerator.
I could just much some when I am watching TV or working at the computer. Since getting myself these dried Goji berries, I have said goodbye to junk food or even bee pollen since the Goji berry contains six times more Amino Acids than the bee pollen. Why consume something of lesser value when I can have more of it and cheaper too?
