I recently came across a lady whom I respect a lot. Two years ago, she ventured into the spa business, spa Violet. Now, everyone in the beauty industry knows how competitive the market can be, more so for spas. Susan Nattrass is actually a lawyer and to venture into business is a huge step. However, with her business acumen and entrepreneurism, she managed to bring the business not only into profitability but to be a household name too.
Last December, after two years in the spa business, she sold off her shares in spa Violet, and continued with her law practice. She is, after all, a member of the California State Bar Association and Washington State Bar Association since 1994.
It takes a lot of strength to walk away from something that she has built from scratch two years ago but she let that go and now brings her wealth of experience from her business venture into her law practice.
With her new business background, Susan does not approach her clients with legal jargon and roadblocks. Instead, she gives them solutions and a no nonsense approach to resolution from the foresight and experience gained from her two years launching and marketing spa Violet.
