WebStore Payment Gateway

This morning one guy come to my webstore, registered himself and proceeded to check out with a product. Well, normally, that would mean a sale but he registered with a fake name and address.

This is not the first time for me to receive junk orders like this. So, of course I trashed it like I usually do.

But that's not the end of it.

This guy then used my Contact form to send me the following message:

Learn how to start making money online.

We are the one stop e-business solution providers,

our goal is help people make more money online,

As easy as possible.

Would you like to do your online business ?

You already have shopping cart but without payment gateway...

Would you like to start it ?

Can you believe it?

After such a long time trading online, I have come across all types of people.

Does he think that I will even give him business for putting up a spam registration and order?

And my Store does have a payment gateway and it is called Paypal. Is there a rule that says that all local stores must have payment gateways of local banks?
