OK, I exaggerated a little there but I am trying to say that the world is way too small.
Recently, a dear buyer told me that he actually used to live in the next street way back in the 1970s and moved to another house in the same neighbourhood in the 1990s.
Tell me, is that near or what? Thankfully, he is currently working in another state *phew*
I don't know about you, but it would be very awkward indeed if he was still living in the area. Don't you think so?
There are quite a few of my buyers who are from my hometown but currently living elsewhere. Luckily, so far none lives, or used to live, in my street. I would faint if I found out that my neighbour is my buyer!
Or shall I put it as "my buyer is my neighbour"?
