Buying Real Estate In Bulk

When my sister decided to purchase her condo unit, there were many issues that she was unaware of. It was, after all, her first property purchase. After signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement, little did she know that she had to pay miscellaneous fee that comes up to quite a lot. She could not back out of the Agreement as that would cause her deposit to be forfeited. In the end, she had to reluctantly pay those fees that the developer demanded.

I am not sure if this is a rip-off set by the developer or if this is my sister's own fault for now reading the fine print, but all in all, it has been a rather sour experience for her.

Soon after her purchase though, she was told that if she had joined investing clubs that are involved in preconstruction investing, she could avoid all these and yet make a handsome profit out of her property.

Buying in bulk always gives us the best prices and it is no different when it comes to real estate investing. By joining buying clubs, members would be pulling their resources and getting the best terms from developers.
