Lead Generation to Maximize Sales Potential

I may be an online trader but I am also involved in Sales and Marketing in real life so I get to experience two sides of the field, both online and offline. One obstacle that many sales people face is in generating leads and converting these leads into sales and revenue for the company. It is always an uphill task and my, is the pressure great when we have monthly quotas to fill.
