Making Payment Seamless

I went though an online transaction that made my payment to them a pain in the neck, to be frank. Just to pay the money, I had to write so many emails to the company.

I have always stressed from the beginning that if you want to go into online trading, the first problem that you have to iron out it payment. How do you accept payment? Can you make it as problem free to your buyer as possible?

Personally, the more problems I face in making my payment, the more tempted I am in calling the deal off. And it makes me think three times about buying from this particular Seller.

To me, the easier it is for my buyer to pay me, the better it is for me. I can get the payment quicker and proceed to pack his purchases an ship out the package. All these will cut down on waiting time at my Buyer's end.

By making payment a seamless experience for the Buyer, the Buyer has confidence to make a repeat purchase. As an e-trader, we look towards returning customers while seeking new leads.

Strive for an overall pleasant shopping experience for the Buyer and everyone will be happy in the end.
