My company recently was awarded a new project and we were all so busy we had to work overtime daily. So management decided to outsource some parts of the work to freelance professionals on Elance.
I must say that the experience we had using the services provided by Elance and the freelancers that took up our jobs were excellent.
The amazing thing is that no matter what aspect of job we outsourced, there were sure to be people eager to work for us. Outsourcing was the best option for us and we were very happy with the results. Should there be another opportunity, we surely would outsource through Elance again.
