Raising Standards With 360 Degree Feedback

I recently participated in an appraisal system with Appraisal360 where a friend wanted a 360 degree feedback on his recent leadership performance during a group camp.

Of course, I was more than happy to provide him with my honest opinion because I personally think appraisals like this are better than providing feedback directly, which he might misunderstand that I have something personal against him.

I feel that such a 360 degree feedback and appraisal system should be adopted by every organization, large or small, as it raises the performance of its staff, management and company as a whole. I think that a business owner should do all that he can to raise the standards of his company with tools that are easily available in the market.
