My cousin came back from her honeymoon to Hollywood. She showed me a stack of photos of many popular tourist spots including the famed Rodeo Drive. She told me that bring such a glamor city, she was surprised that there was only one plastic surgery there and it is aptly called the Rodeo Drive Plastic Surgery.
She told me that going for plastic surgery in California is very common and she even heard of parents giving a nose job for a daughter's birthday present. Well, I don't know how true that is, but anything goes in America!

With cutting-edge technology and modern treatments available practically at their doorstep, many Americans have no qualms about going to get something fixed. If that little procedure can boost ones self-confidence, personality and outlook, then why not?
