Adopting The Blue Door Service

I came across the term "Blue Door Service" in one of the websites I randomly visited but I have forgotten its address. What I remember is that this term means to provide service that exceeds the expected.

I think this is what every business entity should adopt. Although my business is only a small entity, I do my best to go beyond what is expected of me. Most people are appreciative but some think that no matter what you do, it is the norm and what they have paid for. So they EXPECT that.

I do concede that it is not easy to please everyone all the time. We can only please some people some of the time but at least we TRY.
