I wonder how many Sellers from eBay Malaysia have received an invoice from billing@ebay.com.my with a bill for $0.00
The point is, eBay Malaysia is a free platform. Does it mean that eBay is testing its system and will implement fees in the very near future? this doesn't really make sense since eBay Singapore and Philippines where born before Malaysia and they are still free. Logically, eBay Malaysia will only be a paid site AFTER Singapore and Philippines.
So I did not click on any link provided in the email but I went to check my account on eBay Malaysia and there was no such invoice. I checked eBay (US) and found my invoice, but strangely, there was no message in My Messages.
Here's the invoice that was sent to me, addressed to me in my real name and sent to my email address that is on eBay file. Legitimate email? Most probably but I am not taking any chances.
Off I shot an email to Spoof@eBay.com
