Sometimes, we come across people who are NARU just when we are about to close the deal. Well, the question then pops up, do we close the deal with such a member?
In my opinion, if you are the Seller with a newly unregistered member on you hands, just before you are able to close the deal with him, you can close the deal as long as you can get his payment.
However, if you are the Buyer and your Seller is NARY-ed, then you have to think a thousand times before you make your payment because you will have no avenue to lodge a complain or seek a refund should the Seller not send you the item or send you something else different from the item description.
On the other hand, you may close the deal by requesting for a self-collection or meet up, if that is possible.
As usual, you have to make your ow judgement whether you want to continue with the deal or not, though you have to know that whether you are the Buyer or Seller, as long as one party is NARU-ed, your transaction is off-the auction platform.
