I received information that the Public Bank Visa Electron has gone offline and users cannot pay for their online purchases and the staff at Customer Service have no idea what is wrong!
From my own experience, Customer Service is very swift in addressing email enquiries but this time, they aer not responding in a timely manner and people are left in the dark because they can't settle their invoices and their Sellers are fuming.
All these are eroding people's confidence in the card. I used to recommend the card to friends, especially for people seeking a debit card to verify their PayPal account with but now I am having second thoughts!
Although I am not facing this problem currently since I am not buying anything online, I do not feel good that this problem has dragged on for a week or more it seems, based on feedback by other users. This is bad and Public Bank has to buck up, really!
