Keeping Track Of Our Food Intake

Last night, my friend told me that he was not feeling too well. I asked him what was wrong and he said there's pain in his legs. Well, I suspect that it's all because of his obesity. We all know that he has a weight problem but nobody dares to tell him in the face.

This morning, I went online to try searching for a website on losing weight that I could forward to him anonymously. Coincidentally, I stumbled upon MyFitnessPal.com. I was so happy to have discovered it, and on top of that, this is a free resource site. When I signed up for an account, they did not ask for my credit card or any private financial data.

I believe my friend could get a free diet profile and then start planning his diet from there. My friend tells me that he is happy with his size but that is hard to believe. Who feels happy lugging around those extra weight?

My Fitness Pal has an easy to use
calorie counter that teaches us the nutritional content of the food we eat. Once we get the hang of mentally checking the calorie content of what we put into our mouth, I believe it will change our eating habits and hence benefit from a healthier diet.
