Did you know, recently, Lelong Admin has issued a final warning to Sellers who are selling the above listed brand names? Previously, Lelong Admin has emailed these Sellers asking them NOT to list any of these branded items after they have removed the listings but these Sellers have been stubborn and they continued to list as soon as Lelong has removed them.
Now, Lelong has been told NOT to remove any of these listings. I believe that the trademark holders are going to take firm action against these Sellers to deter people from continually selling these items on Lelong and perhaps other auction marketplaces as well.
I am not sure if action will be taken against people who are selling GENUINE products of the above brand names, as it was not mentioned, but yeah, I do understand that the owners would like to protect their image and not have their items sold in a virtual night market like Lelong and eBay.
