Police Auctions Online

There was this rumour that a Lelong member, a policeman, auctions off items that have been confiscated by the police. I don't know how true this is. Perhaps this came about when he told people that he is a policeman. This may or may not be true since we can all claim to be someone or other online, can't we?

But then come to think of it, it is plausible also.

I stumbled upon this auction site called
PropertyRoom.com where most of the items on auction are said to be "derived from law enforcement agencies and other public municipalities".

I did not know that even in the US of A, the police also confiscates so many items including laptop, watches, jewelry, bicycle, coins and currency. Fancy owning something that once belonged to the mob King? Maybe you can find it on PropertyRoom!
