I have always wondered what it is like to have to huge music party on a cruise. Can you imagine sailing somewhere and partying to your favorite music in the middle of the ocean with strangers who share the same love for music as you?
As luck would have it, a friend told me about a blues festival that is held on a cruise ship every year in the Caribbean. After five years, the company has expanded to a second cruise, sailing from San Diego to the Mexican Riviera.
This chartered Blues cruise will set sail on Oct. 13 to 20, 2007 and some of the great legends will be there jamming the night away. Can you recognise the names of John Lee Hooker, Jr, Elvin Bishop and Rob Piazza? These are but just three of great musicians who are lined up to entertain all Blues lovers.
Going on a cruise holiday and going to a Blues festival is already awesome but to go to a Blues festival that is on a cruise is double awesomeness. If I could take the time off work, I most definitely will not give this Blues Cruise a miss!
