Boy, am I glad that CyberPartyGal's WebStore is back online, live and ready to take orders. I am not even sure how many days it was offlined and would have continued to be blur if a kind reader did not alert me to that fact. I mean, there are many people clicking on my banner but not all will take the trouble to tip me off. And I was always working on the back end of the site didn't even realize it despite seeing my WebStore traffic plunged like crazy over the past few days. I thought it was just the weekend like it sometimes happen.
When I found out about it, I panicked and hollered to my webhosts for help but since we are in different countries and different time zones, by the time they read my email, I had already managed to restore my WebStore.
I swear I will NOT itchy-finger try to change my Store template ever again! It just totally overwritten my existing files and wasted my day trying to get things back in order. I had to do it as soon as possible so as not to lose too many business days. Thank God I have a fresh back up so I didn't lose much data.
Now, if only I could find the time to upload new stocks to the store! They have been sitting around for months now! Eeek!!
