Many of my friends think that by being an e-trader, I am living an easy life. They said that it is so easy to earn a living by just clicking the mouse here and there. I am so sorry to dispel the myth that my work is any lesser than theirs.
For one, I am running a online store and blogs that require full time attention. On top of that, I have to learn up search engine optimization and marketing to have a better position in the major search engines.
Whatever "free" time I have will be spent hanging out in Business Forums, one of them is Platinax. Some people may think that I am boring to spend my time in business forums but I think it is very exciting that I get to learn from others how to better my online store and to earn just that little bit more money online. It sure beats hanging out on social network sites.
By the way, Platinax is a free to join forum that is open to everyone, not just entrepreneurs or would-be entrepreneurs. There are many active threads on the boards now, covering all aspects of business, finance, sales and marketing online and offline.
Since I discovered this forum, each time friends ask me how they could start a business or if they are seeking an idea to venture into business, they are welcome to browse through Platinax. Of course, it would be better if they join the community!
