Although the whole layout is fresh and modern looking, if you click on the inner pages, I really don't get it why they have a dark blue side bar on the right side. The colour just does not gel with the whole colour scheme of the site.

One significant change of the site, apart from the template is that they have moved the log in button from the right to the left. Although it is more proper for websites to place important items on the top left corner, this was what I read anyway, I think that for Public Bank to place it there suddenly, would get some getting used to by their long time customers of their online banking portal.

Even for me, when I open the page, my hand moves my cursor to the old spot automatically and I have to catch myself before I actually clicked on the wrong link. I would not say if this is the right or wrong move. As I said, it just takes sometime to get use to, that's all.
