Phishing For "Visa" Information

Tell me my computer does not have spyware! After writing so many posts on Visa Electron Card, I received the following email which was sent from Visa with the Subject line: Notification from Visa Credit Cards

Notification from Visa U.S.A.
VISA Credit Cards Online, Department Notice

You have received this E-mail because you or someone else had used your Account from different locations. For security purposes, we required to open an investigation on this matter.
In order to safeguard your Account , we require you to change your VISA Password and confirm you Banking Details.
To help speeding up this process , please access the fallowing link so we can complete verification form Online.

Firstly, I DO NOT have a VISA credit card but it did give me a scare for a second there until I read the email carefully and found that the English isn't "right". Also, I will never click on a URL that starts with numbers especially for financial sites.

The email did not address me by name and did not even have my email address because it was sent to a mailing list, I bet. Phishers need to try harder because internet users are more careful now especially with sensitive financial information.
