So I think I finally found it in the Fujitsu-Siemens Esprimo U9200. This has a 12.1in screen only and weighs in at 18kg. Not exactly light but it is lighter than many other laptops. It uses the new Santa Rosa chip and the battery is said to last about four hours but it has an extended slot for a second battery pack and with both inside, it will be a little heavier, of course, but could last a total of eight hours.
From what I read, it is a wide screen unit. My friend told me that I am ulu to still look for matte screen but that is what my eyes are comfortable with compared to glossy screen and I do not want to buy something that would hurt my eyes so much I don't want to use it.
The only set backs are its design (it's so 1990's with its sharp edged design and black colour) and its price. It's selling at MYR4188. However, it has built in 3G connectivity because it is basically a business model. The price is not too steep if you think that it's a Fujitsu and Siemens collaboration, both very reputable brands.

I Think I Found It!
If you have been following my blog, I am sure that you know that I am looking for a laptop. Well, I think I finally found one that meets my requirements. I don't have great demands except that I wanted one that is small and light weight that comes with long lasting battery. I also prefer a matte screen over the current glossy screen laptops.
