My friend told me that I have been conned when I mentioned that I bought a battery charger for RMxxx.xx. He told me that he could get it cheaper in Low Yat Plaza in Kuala Lumpur and that I have paid at least RM30 more. Besides, he said that the brand I bought is not good. Eekkk! How could that be???
And here I thought that I am a savvy shopper who is always getting bargains.
To my defence, Ipoh does not offer as wide a choice as Kuala Lumpur when it comes to electronics, electrical and computer items. Heck, we don't have much choice in ANYTHING at all!
I thought that I paid a good price for a one hour fast charger that comes with four AA-sized 2500NiMH. My friend says that he would have to check Low Yat Plaza the next time he shops there to see how much I extra I paid.
