Have you heard of Digi's Happy prepaid pack? I thought of getting it but then I read through their website and they did not mention their prefix, so fine, I thought that I would give them a call then. I think they do not have an email address on their site.
So I hunted for their customer service line and guess what? They are going to charge RM2 per call. Who are they kidding?? Here they say they give us the cheapest prepaid pack in the market. Fine... but why suck blood from their very own customers by fleecing them RM2 from their prepaid credit? How hypocritical!
To really give value to their customers, they should provide free customer service lines. That should not be a big deal for them since they are backed by Digi!

No matter what offers they have. There must be something hidden that we don't know. Until we find out, we become lulu liao...;P
