I told a friend that I received 100 leaves of blank cheques and I do not know how to finish them. Since these are US cheques, no one here would want to accept them so I would only have the chance to issue them when I make purchases from overseas and even so, only when they do not accept PayPal payments or payments by credit card, which would be rare, right?
So I was saying that with my address printed on my cheques, I wonder if I would still be living in this house since this is my parents' place and of course, I do not expect to live here forever, right?
My friend commented that I am stupid to ask to have my name and address printed on these cheques because it would be risky. Come to think of it, he is right. But in my defense, I did not know that hey would be sending me five books! I thought that they would only send a book. Heck, they should have asked me first how many books I want since I am paying for them!
