Are you a registered member of Bidz.com? If you are, you may want to read this. Bidz.com just sent out a security notice to us informing that they have been alerted of phishing mail purportedly from Bidz.com
These emails will tell you that you have a chance to purchase items that are listed on Bidz.com but you do not have to place your bids. you can just make payment directly to them via Western Union and/or request your financial information.
If you received such an email, do forward it in its entirely including its header to legal@bidz.com and do not click on any links that are in the email. If you did click on it by accident, do at the first instance, change your passwords!
