The other day, I received an email from someone who contacted me via the store. This lady asked me if my lingerie comes with warranty. Well, that made me laugh till I shed tears. I mean, what sort of warranty was she looking for?
It's not as if that lingerie is something that would last a lifetime. Lingerie is lingerie and it's the same as what you would get from the real brick-n-mortar stores. Do you get your warranty for lingerie there? Not that I know of!
Besides, lingerie is only RM20 on the average and if it's torn, it's just RM20 gone. You can let me know about it and show me proof that it was torn after a wash or two and perhaps I could do something about your next purchase.
just like the issue with the colours running, there's nothing much I could do, you know? I don't wash these items before selling so I would not know!
