One thing that I did not anticipate when I started an online business two years ago was the friendships that I would forge with my buyers. Sure, there are some who would buy, and not inform me when they have received the item, and then buy again later when I have new stocks.... I take that to mean that they ARE satisfied with their purchases.
And then there are some who are warmer and who would think of me when there is a big occasion in the family. it may not be a big deal to some people when they receive wedding, birthday and party invitations but you have to remember, these are just virtual people who have bought an item or two from me.
It touches me that they do remember me and think of me when it matters!
