I tried to activate my new Touch N Go card yesterday via the Touch N Go website and I was told that I would need to wait 24 hours and that they will inform me by email.
I was made to fill out an extremely long form providing them with plenty of information, which I do not know what they need them in the first place because it's just TOUCH N GO, you know?
Anyway, it's just about 24 hours already since the activation process and I am still waiting to hear from them. Whoa... just imagine if I had to use it today and it is still inactive. Then I would have wasted money on the card!
