Sharing Driving Duties

My friend, the late Boon, used to keep drilling into my head the importance of the three Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. He was an environmentalist, you see. I thought of him when I read about Divide The Ride. He would have been s happy to know that there are people taking the initiative to carpool in an active and involved way.

The difference between Divide The Ride and other carpooling system is that this only will match people who already know each other. This means that information, especially of children and their movement and activities, will be safe.

Arrangements and reminders are sent via email and text messages so that parents will not miss their duty. After all, they have a carload of children waiting for their ride. If you are looking for ways to manage your children’s numerous rides to school and other extra mural activities, check out Divide The Ride. You just may have your driving duties shared with a neighboring family!
