If you are selling Bonia products or Bonia lookalike products, you may want to check out the latest alert issued by Lelong. Apparently, Bonia has served a warning against errant sellers on Lelong who are violating the Bonia trademark, copyright and intellectual property.
I remember a long time ago when Bonia just started, but I guess now that they have found success, they could start clamping on people whom they deem have violated their brand name in any way.
By the way, this alert, though mentions Bonia in particular, also covers all brand name of CB Marketing Sdn. Bhd., the parent company of Bonia. So one has to be careful of legal lawsuits even if he is just a small time virtual petty trader!
Lelong has promised CB Marketing Sdn. Bhd. full co-operation and is doing what they could in removing listings that have violated the trademark of Bonia and its sister brands. Even those that are suspected to be in violation would also be removed, to play safe.

Selling authentic Bonia should not be a problem.
