Since eBay implemented Detailed Seller Rating (DSR) a little while ago, they know that it would be difficult for international sellers. Shipping would require at least a week or two to major cities in the West. This puts most international sellers at risk of getting a lower DSR and pulling down their overall rating.
To counter this, eBay is trying to educate both international Buyers and Sellers that a reasonable grace period for delivery should be allowed. Also, eBay has designed this gift tag for Sellers from South East Asia to include in their overseas packages to remind Buyers to leave an appropriate Detailed Seller Rating if they have received their purchase.
Including a gift tag is great but I think that customer service, reasonable price and quick shipping still are primary concerns of a Seller. Of course, I too add my own business card and postcard in my packages as a reminder to shop with me again.
